Tokyo Xtreme Racer 2 All Wanderers And How To Race Them

So I've been playing this for a while and as I've found out... there's a few things that should be mentioned in regards to a wanderer not challenging you despite meeting their requirements: 1. Not experienced enough - Apparently, every wanderer has a experience requirement that is hidden and needs to be met in order them to accept. If they keep refusing, beat more rivals in that half of the game (I think it caps out at 100 wins per half). 2. Going over their Maximum requirements - Wanderers with a minimum requirement in terms of Mileage, Cars or Money, also have a maximum requirement which seems to trigger when you meet the target required for another wanderer of that type of requirement. I found this out the hard way when trying to challenge Fire Storm... their requirement is a car with over 100miles on the Odometer, but were refusing with a car that had over 1000miles; which is Phantom X's requirement. Best way to check to see if you meet the requirements for a wanderer is to cruise past them. If they don't challenge you, you likely don't meet a requirement and may refuse your challenge.

Yooo man, thanks for the wanderers hints. I have a question, on 25:10 it shows that a oponentr appears when you set Dreamcast time in 00:00. How can i do it in the Redream?

out of all the games that have wanderers, this one strikes me as the most complicated/frustrating. Didn't think you'd have to do multiple playthroughs to get all the wanderers, not to mention require you to *lose* to a few people.

To get the correct sub-leader for the Lone Wolf requirement, I think you have to lose to only one member of Gesellschaft. The text in the rival list doesn't suggest how many sub leaders (though from this video I should've figured since you said "middle") so I lost against both regular members and got the lower sub leader. EDIT - I went back and looked and I was wrong, the text suggesting three sub-leaders was there. Maybe I was tired or something.

Bro im having trouble to find rival no.15 from the knife and forks team, i dont know if i need to win or lose against the other members, pls help

​@@pedronunes8404 You can figure it out in the rivals screen. Rivals whose description says that they will race depending on results against team members are sub-leaders. To race the top sub-leader (#14) you have to go through the regular members without losing. I'm pretty sure you will get the bottom one (#15) with one or more losses. On teams with middle sub-leaders, the top will still require no losses, the middle will require at least one loss and the bottom will require all losses. (To the best of my knowledge) You can only race one sub-leader per team, so you have to use New Game + twice and beat the game three times if you want to beat all rivals. If you are still trying 100% completion you should read all the wanderer requirements beforehand, there are some ridiculous ones.

Fullfil your garage (50 cars in total, which is the maximum limit). Oh, make sure to check your total wins as well.

it's my 3rd run, and i cant make "parking master" appear. It worked with "race queen / glamorous nami" but not parking master. Is there an hidden requirement other than having 30 cars?

apparently he spawns in both yokohane and wangan, so make sure to check both of those areas

im struggling with trying to get the van rival (gamblin' fool) to appear. no matter what i seem to do, they fail to spawn on either day 11 or 22 in either direction of the wagan/daiba line. im driving a b class silvia s14k with enough mileage to beat rainy day, if that matters. can somebody help? i want to get the van Edit: they spawned on daiba on day 44 for me, after i beat most of the first half leaders leaders in that direction. it was in the counterclockwise direction but i dont think it matters. i beat most of the wanderers going counterclockwise including wildman, mosquito lemon and sherman the conqueror

If you play at the Japanese version, the Wanderers that require 1000 or more miles at Odo, in Japan version are "10.000" km at Odo (because Metric System) so you will need to do so many runs for farm Kms And for Rainy Day ARE 30K!!!! Oh and Healthy Henry in Japanese ver. is an Light Blue FC RX7 and not a R30, so if you want the both r30 beat Safe racer (R30 GT-S) and Sherman the conqueror (R30 GT-R M)

Ho well, Sherman the conquerer is on the map right now, but he declines my challenge even though my evo 6 has 1650 miles on the odo, any requirement I might have missed? I have like 5 wanderers to go.

even GameFAQ teased me with the requirement, it said: it will appear if I defeat "Muscle Man" from the team DRY CRUISE. And guess what, it didn't appeared neither... however, I decided to use CODEBREAKER cheat engine to find out, it turns out, we need to defeat both the "Lone Survivor" from Gesellschaft, "Lone Wolf" from the Wanderer rivals, you don't need to defeat the previous Wanderer before Mad Dieter, "Green Thumb", to unlock it.Also, you don't need to face Mad Dieter with the large body displacement: Dodge Viper GTS, you can use any car, as long you clear all the previous tasks I mention before

@@davide.8758 some wanderers, may refuse your battle request, because although we filled the requirement, we also need to be experience players, this means, we need to beat certain number of normal rivala, and then, return to the garage menu, at your next night on the streets, they should accept your request, or they might battle you after getting in front of them

I've been driving around the C1 outer with 1100 on the ODO but still can't get Phantom x (Illusion B) to spawn.. I wonder if there is another condition too

you must be at stage 1 of the game (the point before you beat big boss)

Fun fact, I struggled to find Illusion B (Phantom X), because once again, GameFAQ, teased me with the requirement, but I managed to find it pretty quickly 😂. Since I am those people who travel for hours to beat every single available rival in the map (with the exception of those who refuse me for not completing requirements), it turns out, we need 1,500 miles (probably 1,250 miles, not sure, but 1,500 miles does for sure in my case) make sure we are at the first half of the game, this means, do not defeat the BIG BOSS yet, such as Purple Comet/Meteor, or White Phantom/Charisma. Start the game at C1 loop line (Outer section), and he should appear, at that rate, after defeat him, in that same night, go to Daiba, Fukagawa, to challenge "Sherman the Conqueror", Wanderer as well, since we have the milage ready. 😎
