But I also see many Japanese doing the exact same thing here, Laughing it off, as a way to process what they just saw. especially when they get to the suicide video. I don't think Logan is a bad guy, but he is really dumb, and maybe doesn't realize what he sends off is not what he intends. He doesn't realize posting a video of himself laughing at a suicided person is going to be very differently percieved by people, and a lot of this people will see it as very horrible. Yeah, you can really see how the Japanese people are really suffering here. ....And, of course, it helps if we pretend that the Japanese are like some fragile species of being who are completely defenseless and helpless in the face of rude jackasses like Logan Paul and his small entourage. I wonder what the reaction would have been ...had they shown MORE of that footage, such that, they would have noticed a curious individual among his entourage - a certain JAPANESE man, about ten years older than Logan and his fellow Americans, wearing a beret, and always running interference on behalf of Logan and the other goofing-off Americans (directing traffic around them, talking to police and security people on Logan's behalf, etc.). ....The Japanese interviewies would have asked, "Hey. ....who's THAT guy?" ...and would have realized that these UNSPONTANEOUS jackass behaviors of the Americans were something more-or-less staged, and happening only with the coordination of a Japanese person hired specifically to tell the Americans what they could REALLY get away with among the Japanese. As a sign of a lack of interest among the Japanese over this hyped-up scandal, notice that the Japanese media (entertainment-covering tabloids, for instance) are totally uninterested in finding this "Yasushi" guy that Logan Paul kept pointing to (calling him his "security"). If they were really bothered by it all, THAT GUY would be found and be subject to media harassment (if not investigated by the legal authorities).
@nintendoplayer076 жыл бұрын
MrJm323 What exactly are you getting at? It doesn't really change the fact that he did a terrible thing. If some people don't even know him, then that's good, but what he filmed and did in Japan is not only disrespectful, but really dumb
@MrJm3236 жыл бұрын
Have you noticed the huge shit storm against Logan Paul? ....I never heard of Logan Paul before this Aokigahara forest thing either. (So, I'm in the same position as the Japanese as far as knowledge about the Paul brothers.) I think it's quite peculiar that the Americans are far more upset at the "insult and disrespect of Japanese culture" than the Japanese themselves. The Japanese just see him as a dumb kid - a very insensitive person (particularly towards the suicider and his loved ones). ....They could care less about him running through the streets and arcades with the straw coolie hat and robe and the "gotta respect the culture -hahahaha!". ....It's the Americans who are triggered. ...Why?
@nintendoplayer076 жыл бұрын
MrJm323 Not really sure about that, but even then, people are entitled to their opinion. Maybe them staying this mad for this long isn't necessary, but that won't change the fact that now that I know about Logan Paul and his behavior in general, I have no respect for him whatsoever. He acts more like a kid than a lot of kids I know that are younger than him! Also, it's been reported several times that he may have broke a law or two, like disruption in traffic, and the Japanese police still want to talk to him. Are they angrier than the Americans who were angered by this? Most likely not, I don't think so. But that doesn't mean Logan Paul didn't do nothing wrong. Not saying that you think he did nothing wrong, but simply saying that he brought this upon himself in the end

People interviewed are really angry in their hearts. They just laughed so as not to put it on their face. Looking at their eyes, I can understand. インタビューされた人は、本当に彼らの心に怒りを持っています。彼らはそれを顔に置かないように笑っているだけで。彼らの目を見れば分かる。 Sorry for a long sentence m(._.)m It is terrible English, but I'm happy if you understand. 長文失礼しましたm(._.)m ひどい英語だけれど、分かってくださると嬉しいです。
