7:30 there needs to be a mod where it pauses construction right at 100% but doesn't actually build the structure until you click on it. Would also make building long lines of power shafts a million times easier.

I'm a first time watcher love to see how peoples minds work so thank you for the video. I spent WAY too much time on this map probably double yours and yeah old gamer here also but had some ideas. Constant Water No Flooding Blast the reservoir down to river bottom toss in sluice gates there and cover with levy's and set gates to .90 max depth, cap off the end of the river with levy's. Reservoir only lets out the water you need at that point. Bad Tides No More Make a box around water source with one set of gates pouring over the side of the map that are set to contamination above 5% and another set filling your reservoir set to contamination below 5%. No more bad tides. The gates set to contamination above 5% need to be stacked at least 3 deep and 2 wide. Have to get ready for work but looking up your other videos later, thanks again.

Sluice is a wierd word. "Sloosing" water of the back of the resovwah. Long time no resovoir. Thank You. God bless 🙂 . .

The latest update allows all floor builds now to be able to be built on impermeable floors I think. But not dirt. So you probably can make some cool designs in water.
