+Cosme McMoon Actually, Hanna-Barbera has been doing crossovers between their shows since the 70s. I don't think they ever really had a consistent universe though, so that might be tricky to pull off. Unless they rip off Kingdom Hearts and give each series its own little world.

Well there was a Soviet cartoon that was based on a Soviet version of the story called 'The Wizard of the Emerald City' (and it's essentially the same basic story, except Dorothy's name is Ellie), but it was stop-motion and I don't think it has ever been dubbed nor do any subs exist
