Hop is a 2011 American 3D live-action/computer-animated fantasy comedy film directed by Tim Hill and produced by Chris Meledandri and Michele Imperato Stabile. Hop stars Russell Brand as E.B., the Easter Bunny (Hugh Laurie)'s son who'd rather drum in a band than succeed his father as the Easter Bunny; James Marsden as Fred O'Hare, a human who is out of work and wishes to become the next Easter Bunny himself; and Hank Azaria as Carlos, an evil chick who plots to take over the Easter organization.

I actually thought that very same thing. Because it's just the really bad AaTC movie but he plays the drums rather than sings. Minor modifications are throughout but that's basically it. Except they forget one of the important lessons of AaTC, the chipmunks existence isn't hidden. The talking rabbit is frequently noticed so he isn't a secret, but the movie behaves as if he is which makes half the decisions not make sense. Bland Human, could have just told his dad why he did that if he was *actually* hidden and the little tracker squad should have found him easily. Maybe they thought if they blended the film with E.T. then the two scripts would balance each other out, by the same logic mixing moldy lettuce and ice cream will make something relatively edible.

I would’ve changed Fred’s character like this: He was fired or laid off from a previous job when he was so close to a promotion or something similar, and let’s say he loses his job because of his arrogance, if I remember correctly he wanted to be someone great and successful but just wants to get there in a instant and not work his way up. So, he’s lost his job and now needs to find another to continue his stride and that in turn changes the family to where they’re more supportive yet trying to teach Fred about not being so arrogant and that he will achieve greatness in time. There, 12 years later and I came up with a better character arc for Fred where Illumination failed.

Otakumichibi they’re quite different here in the uk. They often try too hard to be gritty and topical and take themselves way too seriously. They also aren’t split into seasons, some have just aired indefinitely for decades straight weekly or even DAILY. They’re still cringy and unrealistic, but are a lot blander and unpleasant.

Yours definitely air often! And I didn't think soaps could be bland considering how theatrical soap operas seem to be! Do older people watch UK soaps? Who's the target audience? I don't know how long American soaps have been running but The Young and the Restless aired in 1973, apparently, but I'm sure UK's are older considering the age. Now I'm curious on what the most popular soap is in each country!
