I think both Stipe and Jones have told Dana they are retiring and they're all keeping it hushed to sell the fight. It would explain Dana's recent Jones glazing too. Only public ridicule will make Jones hang around. He's been historically quite affected by what the fans think of him, which is why he cares so much about that "perceived" 0 on his record and puts on the fake religious act. The most popped champion in ufc history and the only fighter to cause the cancelation of a ufc event. He's not as dominant when he cant size-bully his opponent. I'm a bit disappointed Tom hasn't brought up the PED use because he said Anderson Silva isnt in the GOAT discussion for the same reason.

Adam's incorrect about the Guida / Sanchez fight. They weren't fighting for UFC contracts. While this event was indeed an Ultimate Fighter finale, Guida and Sanchez were added onto that card as the main event. Both fighters had already been in the UFC for a while. This was Guida's 9th fight, Sanchez's 12th fight. Sanchez goes all the way back to The Ultimate Fighter Season 1. He beat Kenny Florian in the finale, although as we all know, the fight that stole the show that night was Griffin vs. Bonnar.
