They're a Corporate Entity and they have the right by Corp and Contractual law (CBA) , and autonomy over any matter regarding any franchise or individual in the corporation. Therefore even though the courts sided with the Patriots and Brady they didn't have jurisdiction over the commissioner in said matters. NFL reserves the right to interpret any situation as THEY see fit regardless of evidence presented to the contrary. At halftime, when we had all almost lost hope, and the Patriots looked like absolute shit, I’ll always remember my dad saying: “This is one of those moments... you’re always going to remember where you were when you saw the Patriots pull off the greatest comeback in Super Bowl history.” He was right. We all deep down thought he was crazy when he said it, hell, he may not have even believed it himself, but he had seen Tom Brady since the beginning of his career, and he knew what was coming. Not gonna lie, I watched your video. Do you know what I saw; clips. High quality throws by a high quality QB. A QB that I’ll admit, has a much better arm then Brady. You are saying clips make a QB. Well, one aspect of football Tom Brady doesn’t care about is, you guessed it; clips and stats. Brady’s entire focus is on winning. I’m sure Rodgers is as well but what that video shows is that he is a great QB, but did it show him winning 6 times. Nope, it showed him once. The most important thing about a player is something that can only be seen on the biggest stage consistently, something you cannot measure physically; heart and will. See I think the music in these separate videos showcases the two QBs. For Rodgers he has this new age, good beat, rap music that shows how cool and amazing he is throwing the ball. Brady videos, they all have music that is meant to give you chills. And that is what Brady does. Rodgers makes you talk about how good his throws are, but Brady will give you goosebumps, a chill, and a dropped jaw. And that’s what he does. Time after time on the big stage. That’s what being the GOAT is all about. Brady is the GOAT. On paper, and film, Rodgers is better. But you can’t measure a persons drive on paper. That is why Brady is that the GOAT in my opinion, not because of some clips, but because of his heart and how it shows again and again. Good video though.

Adam Jamison I'm guessing you've never seen a single snap of Tom Brady if you think all he does is short screens and dump offs. You certainly never saw '07. Are looking at points or yards? Because points, correct, Brady has never won a Super Bowl without a top-10 scoring defense, although he came a Welker drop from winning a Super Bowl with the 15th ranked defense in '11. Didn't happen so doesn't count. By yards (an admittedly poorer metric), he's won with defenses that were ranked 24th (2001) and 13th (2014) and made Super Bowls with defenses ranked 31st (2011) and 28th (2017). One of the fun myths about the Patriots is that the early defenses were this historically great group. They weren't. They were good, very good even. But not great. I'd argue the Steeler defenses of the early 2000s were better than the Patriot ones. Meanwhile, outside of '01, Tom Brady was a top-5 statistical quarterback. Also, following your logic, you would have to say that Troy Aikman, Terry Bradshaw, and Joe Montana road their defenses coattails to titles too, since they had objectively better defenses than Brady and in their 11 combined Super Bowl seasons, they didn't have a defense outside the top-10 in points AND yards. At least Brady's won with teams that hemorrhaged yards'; those guys couldn't. Essentially, the only valid point you've made is that any dynasty requires excellent defensive AND quarterback play.
