Abdominal crunches is the key. I was a singer for 20 years. I had the same kind of power. I didnt smoke, do drugs, or drink very much, and I did a lot of crunches. It keeps the abdominal wall firm which is where you get your projection and power from. Plus it helps when you were raised in a big mouth Italian family from New York

Saw this fantastic entertainer in Ft. Worth, Texas in 1975...and boy howdy, his performance still stands out in my mind even all of these years and I am I SO glad that I got to go to it...a super stellar event in my life.
