If you want ultimate control you need to monoplize control over money, control over information, control over violence capital and control over health properties(products like food/meds/health care etc). These are the things that drives what happens in the world today. The open imigration to europe is a tool used to take control over the violence capital by making people voting for such things as more cops, more military etc. What they vote for are more protection of the govm that scams them. A divided country is less likely to go against its real enemy.
