rickos1234 because 90% of the time you’re just thinking about how your mum made it and this doesn’t match up. I see the same with Italians. I’ve seen Italians call other Italian people’s cooking wrong. The truth is even within a culture people make shit different, and furthermore, keeping something authentic is pointless and boring. If it has a similar flavour profile and tastes good. That’s all that matters. Maybe if you tried making this you would like it, who knows
