Famed defense attorney Tom Mesereau came through for another VladTV interview on the heels of his former client Bill Cosby being released from prison. Tom started out by reacting to the news and proclaiming that “the justice system finally prevailed.” Mesereau went on to address former Pennsylvania D.A. Bruce Castor making a deal not to prosecute Cosby during a deposition, and the new D.A. deciding to prosecute Cosby despite the prior deal. Tom Mesereau also addressed the retrial in 2018 amid the viral #MeToo movement, and he explained why he thought the trial was unfair. To hear more, including Tom reacting to news that Cosby may sue the state of Pennsylvania for wrongful imprisonment, hit the full interview above.

I agree, but these are very serious matters pertaining to law(s), statutes, accusations, processing, documents, evidence and serious security concerns for all involved. I love that he is all business and not there for entertainment purposes. I find the lawyer extremely smart, loyal, and professional. I'd love to have him as my lawyer if I ever needed one. His record speaks for itself, even if a client initially loses their case, he comes back and has it overturned, thrown out, finds technicalities and resolves the issues lawfully and swiftly. He's brilliant. 💯

That’s why he’s so good at what he does. If you notice in any comments section, you have people who comment and really didn’t listen to what was actually being said. Many hear what they want to hear based on their emotion which is pushed prior to or during the video! As more then one YT channel will showcase whatever is the story at the time. Perfect example is Lisa Marie Presley’s death. . It’s amazing how people are just repeating BS they have heard since Elvis died, that was pushed immediately onto LMP since she was 13. Hereditary drug use??? Now it’s hereditary heart disease?!?!? They are both total BS! She mishandled her money like her father?!?! Again total BS! Now the Priscilla is a saint BS! Go back and listen to Priscilla’s interviews in 78, and on. Conniving as you can get! Then it really becomes evident in her Shriver and then in her Barbara Walters interview. Walters interview was astonishing how she double speaks and people don’t catch it. That’s because previously she set the stage with her little miss innocent 14 Yr old , BS! Then in her interviews “ all only for Elvis “ because of all the lies that were being told after his death. But then slowly interview after interview, becomes about her and how she was mistreated. ( but stayed 5 yrs before she ever married him) How it wasn’t anyone’s fault but because of how Elvis was . But then says, which of course she has to, but it wasn’t his fault either . ( but I am still going to tell the world how I was I controlled by him, in a tell all book.) Which Walters is quoting her from and then ask very very direct questions , holding her to what she wrote! Here’s just one example ! She describes to Barbara how she met Elvis. ( now remember this tell all book is already out passively painting him as a groomer and pedo. Walters is not a rookie nor ignorant) Well a friend of mine( male friend , she’s 14)asked me if I wanted to go with him to Elvis’s that evening. So I persuaded my parents to let me go.( 14 yrs old, going to a party where grown adult military men are going to be. Elvis 10 yrs older then her. Her father an officer in the military) “I was the youngest one there. I didn’t know anything. He made fun of my nose. It made me mad. He was singing loud. I KNEW he was trying to get my attention. So I IGNORED him on purpose to see if he would get louder , to see if I was right.” Really? So little miss innocent 14 Yr old who didn’t know anything? But yet at 14 knew a grown man of 24 yrs old was flirting with her, and in return decided to play hard to get and tease him , by purposely ignoring him! Ok!!! Her answer to Barbara why her parents allowed any of this to happen. From the get go! “ Well my father insisted finally on meeting him. ( this was after she had been on a “ date” so to speak with Elvis FOUR TIMES!) So Elvis came over and he was such a gentleman. My father asked him what his intentions were . You have all these grown woman all over you all the time. Don’t you think she’s a bit young?” Really? So her father and mother, after allowing her to go out on, not one , but 4 dates, with a very very very famous artist ( that’s very telling) then , wanted to know what this man , who was a decade older then his daughter, what his intentions were ? Seriously!! Not only that but “ Don’t you think she’s “ a bit” young .” DIDN’T he !!! Didn’t her father, and mother, think she was “ A BIT YOUNG” Let’s try extremely to young to even let her go the first night. To house owned by a man a decade older then her, where other grown axx men who were in the military, were going to be . Who were Thousands of miles away from their wives, girlfriends, and fiancée’s for months at that time . Didn’t they think she were a BIT YOUNG ! The people who are responsible for their underaged 14 year old daughter!!!! See that double speaking BS! This lawyer knows all about BS just like that, that is put out there. Ever so passively twisted by using words that will ignite people’s emotions that will prevent them from listening to what’s really being said, or has been said. Preventing them from concluding with common sense, recall, and critical thinking. Propaganda is a very powerful tool! That’s why he listens very carefully because he knows the game of how the paparazzi and MSM, use it to sway the public’s thoughts which usually has something to do with politics in someway! “ Me too Movement” This lawyer isn’t going to let ANYONE. even slightly bend or twist shxt in order to accomplish who knows what! Not going to happen! That’s why he is listening so intently!

I didn’t understand before why millions of people love Michael Jackson. But I didn’t know anything about Michael then. That is, I knew that he was very popular and several of his songs were on my playlist. Only recently I accidentally started studying all the information...😢 I haven’t cried so much for a long time - there are so many trials in the life of this incredible and very lonely person. From early childhood. Another would probably have broken down long ago, but not Michael. I had no idea that there were such amazing people - despite all the dirt and lies and bullying that he received from the media and the crowd who believe in gossip - people like Michael are able to remain pure in soul and kind, compassionate. (During my life, I knew only one person with a similar bright soul, who experienced many difficulties in life since childhood - it was my mother) In addition to what a sincere person he was, it was a discovery for me that he had a lot of amazing songs that could penetrate the deepest corners of my heart ❤ Wherever you are now, my Angel, I hope you have found peace that you did not know during your life ❤🙏

How do people listen to this interview and try and argue from a moral high ground. The man is arguing to uphold the very foundation of the justice system. How can anyone argue for a defense attorney to be sympathetic with the prosecution, that is like taking a leg off of a three legged stool. then becoming shocked that it topples over. Law is set by precedence, this case not being overturned would have been precedence, seems pretty simple why Mesereau would be against that.

Once Michael Jackson settled the civil suit with the Chandlers in 1994, they refused to testify against Jackson and the LAPD criminal investigation completely fell apart as a result and couldn’t charge Jackson for anything.

I feel Tom kind of contradicted his self when saying Cosby wouldn’t bend and stood his ground by not playing ball to get paroled and get out early was a man of principle and wasn’t going to admit to something he didn’t do but then says he payed over three million to accuser on advice of others sooo where was his principles then regardless of who’s advising him. I agree yes if not guilty never bend and I know if it was me and I knew straight up I was innocent there’s no damn way I’m paying over three mill not a fck’n chance so...

"I don't want to act like I know when I don't"...then Charming split second smile... Aww Tom.. but damn... That would have been a decent question to ask Mr MESEREAU.! (I can hear him say, well what would anybody in Cosby's shoes have done?) (Or if it was consentual, and he liked the lady enough...why not give a gift?) MJ also paid, but then in an enlightened moment realized it opened Pandora's box, which is what the people advising him should have told him but didn't. (Why not?) Most can't realize the ramifications of being such a huge TARGET I guess. Celebrity life is for..... well the celebs to figure out (or not). I can think of a few that are not as big of targets, even though they're extremely famous. Nobel prize winner Bob Dylan, for example. George Harrison wasn't targeted so much financially or legally but got physically attacked. Of course John Lennon didn't even make it to 40, and was harassed by the US gov. Elvis was so incredibly generous, he was only targeted by girls I suppose.

You here attorney’s say all the time about how our jury system is the best the world. I don’t know about other country’s but I will say yes jury system only works with the supportive milieu of the court. 1st the indictment process for bringing charges is extremely shady. The prosecution only presents info that suggests the defendant is guilty. They suppress info that suggest the defendant is innocent. So ok moving pass the indictment phase the judge has his own bias’s. Like this esteemed attorney said the judges body language & statements suggested he had his own preconceived bias. The DA using an American icon to get elected. Was the public even asking for this? Like if this isn’t about race & politics i don’t what else it’s about
