Part 12: • Tom Mesereau on Rumor ...
Part 10: • Tom Mesereau Says Bill...
Part 1: • Tom Mesereau on Bill C...
--------
In this clip, Tom Mesereau opened up about Bill Cosby being sentenced to 3-10 years in prison. Mesereau went on to address Cosby not taking offender classes in order to be released from prison early. He also broke down the appeals process in Bill Cosby's case and addressed an appellate court denying the appeal. The appeal then went to the PA Supreme Court, which focused on two issues in the case- the judge allowing 5 witnesses unrelated to the case to take the stand, and a binding agreement made by a former D.A. not to prosecute Cosby. To hear more about the process, hit the above clip.

They did it on purpose. They knew it’d be overturned they just figured at least this way they’ll embarrass him and get him a few years in prison. Legalized false imprisonment SMH.

Again I ask, why hasn't the judge and the DA undergone any line of questioning as to why 5 unrelated witnesses were allowed to testify as well as why did they disregard the non prosecution agreement. They are both elected officials and they should be held accountable in some form or fashion for wasting the taxpayers dollars on this politically driven trail

@@marlak4203 I mean Cosby was still a decades long sexual predator, he's not innocent, let's not get it twisted, but it illustrated how the justice system is corrupt on every end just to get a celebrity. I agree on one hand his case is worth citing to illustrate the bullshit of the justice system, but boy is he the wrong face or name to drive it home when an untold ton of actual innocent people get railroaded by that very system without his giant wealth or celebrity and have nobody fighting for them. We should talk about and fight for those people and there are a lot of them.

Tom, is very intelligent AND wise. Clearly, when he tackles seemingly impossible cases, he often skips the media soundbites, sliced around and selective evidence, misrepresentation and outright lies. Put simply, he focuses on the single judge and 12 juror's. This is why the media have been humiliated again and again by this guy. Read the media nonsense and then compare his cross examinations from Court transcripts, and clearly they don't line up. Brilliant lawyer. Love Tom ❤️
