This Tomahawk Ribeye steak was Amazing with the reverse sear method. The smoky flavor paired with the Trader Joe's BBQ Rub seasoning with Coffee & Garlic was Amazing!
Shopping List & Measurements:
Tomahawk Ribeye Steak(s)
2 tbsp Avocado Oil - to coat the steak
2 tbsp BBQ Rub seasoning with Coffee and Garlic - Trader Joe's
1 tsp salt for taste (optional)
Aluminum Foil - to cover the rib bone during the cooking process
Mustard Dipping Sauce:
3 strips of bacon, diced
1/2 shallot, diced
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/3 cup Heavy cream
1 tbsp parsley
salt & pepper to taste
****Tips:
Allow the Ribeye to smoke during the pre-heat time on the Ninja Woodfire
Use Probe to montior steak temperture to your desired meat color
Once the Steak is done smoking, grill on high heat for a nice sear.
For the Mustard sauce allow to simmer on low for a 5 mintues and let cool
