Tomales Bay Kayak fishing for Crab and a bonus Thresher Shark

Kayak Fishing for Dungeness Crab and while in between checking my crab hoops I threw in an anchovy to try and catch a late season Halibut and i hooked up with a 6 foot Thresher Shark. I met a Fresh'N'Salty brother that totally gifted me with some beautiful Dungeness Crab since i was not finding any keepers that day.

I’m not targeting shark but I’ve seen a few BIG marks on the sounder back there and expect I’ll hook one eventually. Fun!

How do those shark taste like is it as good as the Leopard shark

I didn't keep it. But they are very good eating. I just don't want to process a Shark. Alot of work lol
