Just wanna take a minute to appreciate that this is only base game and new pack, I usually like to see cross pack decorating but there are so many base game pieces in this build that I truly have never seen

Thank you! You have given me new ideas on what to do with my Newcrest world. I come from Singapore and there are many shophouses like those in Tomarang, especially the cultural heritage areas like Boat Quay and Chinatown. Newcrest is a very family friendly world and it fits right in with what Singapore is!

This pack is so interesting because aside from the classic traditional elements, there's a vintage vibe to them. Like, the apartments/homes you can build with the items are intentionally old and/or quite lived-in. Also, the big spoon and fork were added by Filipino devs, so that's another South East Asian touch lol.

For the hotel idea: you could totally make an apartment building out of a renovated motel. They do that around where I live, either just rent the motel rooms with a kitchennete as a super cheap studio or knocking down a few walls to make it a two bedroom with small living area

If you're taking suggestions for builds with the new pack, I'd love to see a traditional family compound for a multigenerational family (something like the Balinese karang), where different houses/units are for different branches of the family and you can FINALLY have more than 8 sims per family living on the same lot.

I think this build is broken. I downloaded this from the gallery and had been playing on it, getting new tenants, redecorating and then I tried to have a sim go to Henford on Bagley to get seeds to plant and I can't access that world at all. I tried different Sims, different worlds, I tried repairing. The save is corrupted. This lot also when I downloaded it has an apartment that's default rent was 4 million+ simoleons, it changed from it's default building and back to this build on its own without my changing it and when I tried to bulldoze it some of the rooms wouldn't bulldoze. This is no hate at Gryphi AT ALL. But something about playing with this build has broken my game and I want to make sure it doesn't happen to other people.

The issues you're mentioning are a known bug in the game - I've seen a lot of it circulating online! I'd keep an eye on the forums and also make sure all your mods (if you have any) are up to date. So sorry you are experiencing that!
