My Irish grandparents settled in NYC and I was born there! My family did move out of the City when I was a young teen! But my heart is still there with great memories! Was only in New York once when I was 5 years old, back in 1965, but I remember seeing the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. Pretty cool for a 5 year old! Enjoy watching your entertaining videos. Feel like I'm there...without the hassles.

Back in the 70's I saw a free Carol King concert in Central Park. I also attended a few shows at the Schaefer Music Festival. Fun times!! I left New York in 1977 but I visit my mom ( Forest Hills) and Central Park several times a yr.:) Thanks for this informative video!!

I visited NYC for the first time June 2018 and can't wait to go back, brother is much more hesitant (Vegas guy that he is LOL) but I have a feeling these videos just might be the deciding factor for him! 27:57 carriages have been removed because of the same horse exhaustion issue on the islands (Princes' Islands) around my town of Istanbul and now there are electric shuttles instead of carriages, which are convenient for the residents and tourists on a hilly island. Less horse-shit smell, no more horse persecution and cheaper ⭐️ This is a great Central Park tour, so much interesting information, thank you Tom, you're the best 🙏👏👏👏

Tom, your tours are terrific. I haven't seen all of them. If you're sticking with Manhattan, have you considered doing a tour of West Harlem or of Inwood? Probably not big tourist areas, but interesting parts of the city.
