I lived in NYC for 29 years! now I am in Las Vegas, as a tour guide in NY and Now in Vegas I have to tell you Tom ! You are one of the best Tour guides in NYC! Thanks I still learning day by day!!! I love history.

My Irish grandparents settled in NYC and I was born there! My family did move out of the City when I was a young teen! But my heart is still there with great memories! Thank you for your tours and your knowledge about this great City! Don’t forget about the Papaya King on 86 and 3ave! Great hot dogs!

Are you one of those who lives in the “Luxury buildings” that evicted thousands of then middle class working families who just didn’t make enough so they preferred people like you who made them wealthy enough to keep a mistress and a 30 foot yacht. Was it the tv show Friends that made you move here too?

You have an incredible knowledge of the history, architecture, etc., mixed with a great sense of humor and energy. You’re doing great work, and please keep the videos coming. Thank you very much! The tour was great, with an excellent stream of consciousness narration, The best part for me was at the Dakota and the stories and facts told in a perfect Tom Delgado manner. Highly entertaining! With the Dakotah footage/narration, I rate this 5.1 Lady Liberties, out of 5.0.

... he got from the fountain. But, yes, he did tip. Street performers' etiquette I guess. The rest went towards Phil's hot dog. People who work or have worked in resturants are usually the best tippers. Mutual brotherhood or it equates to love. Didn't catch what speakeasy 86 meant in Tom/AK's last video. Maybe Tom is waiting for x amount of subscribers before he uses Patreon.

Was only in New York once when I was 5 years old, back in 1965, but I remember seeing the Empire State Building and the Statue of Liberty. Pretty cool for a 5 year old! Enjoy watching your entertaining videos. Feel like I'm there...without the hassles.

Back in the 70's I saw a free Carol King concert in Central Park. I also attended a few shows at the Schaefer Music Festival. Fun times!! I left New York in 1977 but I visit my mom ( Forest Hills) and Central Park several times a yr.:) Thanks for this informative video!!

Hi Tom my brother and I very much like your content! I visited NYC for the first time June 2018 and can't wait to go back, brother is much more hesitant (Vegas guy that he is LOL) but I have a feeling these videos just might be the deciding factor for him! Unfortunately with the whole pandemic we are only looking to travel well into next year at the earliest, but if and when we make it to NYC we'll be sure to contact you . . . keep up the excellent work!

27:57 carriages have been removed because of the same horse exhaustion issue on the islands (Princes' Islands) around my town of Istanbul and now there are electric shuttles instead of carriages, which are convenient for the residents and tourists on a hilly island. Less horse-shit smell, no more horse persecution and cheaper ⭐️ This is a great Central Park tour, so much interesting information, thank you Tom, you're the best 🙏👏👏👏

Tom, your tours are terrific. I haven't seen all of them. If you're sticking with Manhattan, have you considered doing a tour of West Harlem or of Inwood? Probably not big tourist areas, but interesting parts of the city.
