I think it's bullshit that the UFC did an IC belt and then made the IC champ fight again before he was able to the unite the belt. But still, Tom didn't have to take the IC fight, Tom didn't have to take this fight against Curtis Blaydes. It is what it is. Tom just needs to keep winning and he will be undeniable. It doesn't matter if he is the undisputed champ or not. Just beat all the competition!

I fought pro for the ucc just before gsp started but i stopped Im pretty sure my son has good potential. @stonedcoldstunna I love perira but he actually got KOd by adesanya like a legit KO Aspinalls only loss was due to a torn minscus. Aspinall has a shorter average fight time he's never had a match in the UFC go past round 2. In fact you can watch every fight he's had in the UFC in less than 5 mins. Also pavlovich was literally destroying everyone including Curtis blades and Aspinall with a year off came back and smoked him easy.

Nice vid fellas! Tap water safety depends on what your city or town puts into it...chlorine is typical and not great...fluoride is toxic. Calcifies your pineal gland and binds with aluminum in your brain. Distilled water is your best bet. Yeah i digging these videos and as for thoughts on Tap water should steer clear and switch to better quality water much better for u and the benefits u recieve from it far greater as tsp water got a lot of metals and other undesirable stuff added to it, alkaline water the way to go I started drinking and the it’s a game changer pure clean water highly recommend it especially if u an athlete quality water very important to ur health and well being once you start you’ll never go back it’s sound
