Honestly you can use whichever rice brand that you find works best. As long as it is a long grain rice; I mostly use basmati rice or jasmine rice...local brands mostly sunrice orange pack, occasionaly dawaat basmati, International favourite is ROYal Umbrella thai Jasmine Rice😍
