​@@reeceb4973 bc as u progress to getting the bigger jobs like a Man City or a Bayern for example, if you haven't won specific trophies like the Conference League or the Copa Del Rey, if they become the final trophies you need with four seasons left, you'll have to pray for specific teams to be looking for a manager (e.g a team in the Conference League) and if you over-perform (e.g Qualifying for UCL before winning the Conference League), it'll really end your chances of completing the challenge. But if u haven't already, you'll see the situation in full effect at some point in the video.

I think it actually limits you, because you can't just go for the big jobs before dominating conference and europa league. Which is a fun challenge itself
