I'm still blown away by how you do edge catch on purpose. That's a skill.

Lol my wife skid turns for every turn. I finally gave up on teaching her carving or turning with her knees. Bought her a dancehaul and some district team pros. So with that shadow fit, she can turn her ankles more and skid all over the mountain 😅 she loves it. Kook for life

That slowmo for the 360 landing was super helpful, I can see how you killed just a touch of momentum with your toeside edge then transitioned to heelside egde for the mogul and the stop

Love the use of slow-mo in this video - sometimes moves happen so quickly it's hard to follow what's happening, so breaking them down slower helps. More of this please! Would skidding-out on the heel edge be affected by boot/binding overhang? Sometimes it feels like they drag, losing edge grip. Or is it more likely centre of mass (belly-button) is too high? Maybe waist width of the board is too narrow for preferred binding angles?

Have you done a video yet about riding on ice? Or when you hit the ice spots/sheets??

Hey man, awesome content as usual, quick question though: was out for the first time yesterday, and I am linking turns with knee steering, but I'm still skidding a lot of the time. It's controlled, but I can't seem to get a nice carve in the snow. Is it maybe a weight issue, like too much on the back foot and not enough on the front? I'm riding a Ride Zero, so it's asym, but that doesn't seem to be the issue. Any help would be super sick!

I notice your board doesn’t seem to flex at all in your turns. Is it a really stiff board?
