I agree with most part , except mister black. Mister black was an assassin handler, or assassin boss , if you will , like the ICA in Hitman franchise. I bet , anyone could hire an assassin from him , for the right price , of course. So , while Diaz did business with Robina , I think it was a coincidence that they both hired Teal to do jobs for them , one coincidence that Tommy capitalized! So , I doubt he was only working for Diaz and his associates.

You bring up a good point, the Diaz takeover should have happened later after the Cubans Haitians heist and right before losing his arm, cut out Vance screwing up for a full on assault that’s why to many the game feels incomplete if you have to take over parts of the city use the heist money to pay Phil and your gang it made more sense, also the last mission wouldn’t have felt repetitive I get it’s Scarface but twice it was 02 so we didn’t expect more but it would have been nice.
