Would Disney Cotino have condo? If, so would Canadian be allowed to buy and will there be short term or long term rentals allowed.

Yes they will in the next few years. In their CC&R’s they are not allowing short term rentals. The reason why is because the city of Rancho Mirage doesn’t allow them and they didn’t want Cotino to. Typically the high end communities don’t have any short term rentals. You will be able to find rentals for over 30 days! Thank you for watching. We love our Canadians. 🇨🇦

Hello, yes non residents can use the public beach at the Town Center with the purchase of a day pass. They haven’t released what that would cost yet. The residents will have access to the other 5 private beaches and Artisan Club.

yikes. the interior of the models .... for those prices , they should have least had Kelly Wearstler do the interiors. No need for them to make any of those connected to Disney films. .. tacky. I hope it gets better. Thank you for excellent videos !
