You found some good teaching materials. Tomonori Jinnai is from Kansai, so he has a regional accent. Due to the influence of these videos, the Kansai accent is valid no matter where you are in Japan. However, it is not very appropriate for business situations, so you need to be careful when memorizing it. ( used google translation ) :)
