This is the movie were i"m looking for, thanks great. My Tomos A35 engine is now 27years old original. Do you have an reason ?? You didn''t new ball bearings on the right side of the automatic transmission????

Those ball bearings rotate at very moderate speed and are always in oil, soo there is no real need to change them. But if yours are in bad state, you should change them.

till 42mm is common, from 42 -44 is doable, but not recommanded.

Hi, what red fluid did you use to wash the motor components. Is that atf oil?

Hi nice video, i noticed when i disassembled my engine that the spring and retainer at 26:50 was complelety missing?? I suspect that's why it has been "tugging" at low rpm. What's weird i didn't find any lose parts inside the engine. 🤔

Hi, tnx. Yes, if the spring is missing, it makes weird noises and rattles when it wants to engage in the second speed. If it was driven for long time with a broken sprig, it probably chew it totaly. Only fine metal dust mixed in oil is what reamined of it. 🙂

How much gap in betven the piston ring... 0.30???? Or?? Is that mesurment standard

Im not sure if its standard, but works fine on a5 engines.

Nema tu mnogo reparacije. Na automatiku odvrnes cizmu, operes u benzinu, podmazes oprugu i klizne delove tovatnom masti i sklopis

že čaka nekaj izpuhov za testiranje na original a35 motorju. Sledi še airsal 65cc, predelava original cilindra, predelava uplinjača, predelava sklopk itd.., samo še čas moram najt 😃
