Nice to see new kettlebell workouts, Tom! I really enjoyed it! I also appreciate the beep or tone when switching legs or arms in the 20-second mark of a set. I comes through all the noice in the room and when not looking at the TV. Thanks again!

LOVE this!! My kettlebell is so happy it got off the barbell shelf! I even did the lunges - well ok for one round I did single leg RDLs but I did the lunges for the other rounds! Thank you for the awesome workout! Noelle

I am buying my first kettlebell soon. I can only afford one for now. What is a good starter weight for a male (10 or 12 kg). I have saved this video for next week. Thanks in advance, we appreciate theses workout’s more than you know. Congrats on the growth re:your channel.

Which protein powder is best for a woman with hypertension

I’m not aware of any negative links between different types of protein powder & hypertension, however that is not official medical advice and you should ask your doctor. Generally I just pick a trusted company using the highest percentage protein and lowest amount of everything else. Whey protein has the best amino acid profile for muscle growth.
