Just completed this workout as the final day of the advent calendar. I have really enjoyed the entire series, especially yesterday when I put on a t-shirt that I had bought in November and the fit was drastically improved. I have been bitten by the bug and have asked Santa for some kettle bells. I'll be buying dumbbells in the New Year as well to increase the range of workouts I can do. Thanks for all the great work 💪

Hello. I've just finished the 16 days calisthenics challange. I started 16 days ago and did your workout routine every day since. I won't lie, I'm tired but also happy, full of energy and motivation. I loved it, and so did my two doughters (4, 10) who did some of your workout with me. Thank you. Also, since I started training to your videos I lost 8 kg (17 pounds) of fat.

Just finished. Loved day 16. Super sweaty. I started as a newby to working out, and after this series I feel stronger and also more limber. This series has allowed me to be able to keep up with my 4yo better playing around on the floor and in the jungle gym. Tom’s great to listen to as well and the beginner options in each video were ideal for me. I’m going to try it over from the start and see how much improvement I have. Thanks Tom.

Day 16! Absolutely loved the series! I think I’m going to stay on this series for a bit because I noticed that I wasn’t always doing the best form possible, and as such I was getting high numbers of ok reps, but no serious progress. Form first, numbers second!!!

Day 16 done in Switzerland. Took me more than 4 weeks, because I have a Calisthenics Gym day once a week with a one hour group class. I started Calisthenics around 4 months ago at age 57 and the combination of Gym and your videos at home has been great. Also it's super motivating to see how the body changes over time. Will start on Day #1 again

Just finished this series...LOVED IT. Felt I had to do a lot of the regressions, especially for arm workouts. Are there any poses/holds I could do to 'test' or benchmark my strength? Congratulations on finishing! I like to use these as my tests: Strict Full Range Push Up for Reps / Pull Up max (banded if needed) / Pistol Squat 5r/leg for max depth Reduce band assistance on pull up over time, increase push up reps and decrease pistol depth

Finally the last day, day 16 done and finished. There's not really much difference in the appearance of the body but this was good. Though i would admit that many exercise i did weren't in proper form or it was more like i couldn't do them so I'll do this again with proper and strict form till I'm satisfied. Sometimes revealing your muscles that you’ve developed will give the biggest visual changes so start working on bringing just as much effort into the nutrition side of things also 👍🏼💪🏼

16 ✅😭😎 What a stellar series, I don't think I've been this close to having such a strong mind-body connection since my highschool sports days. Couple things about these: 1) So I did end up toppling over once those handstand holds 😅 got any tips to judge how far you can go before you should go back down, for progression? 2) Are elbows supposed to be locked out for those superman planks? Definitely feeling it these after the 3rd go. 3) Would appreciate some tips on how to feel out those press up to elbow drops. Are we bringing our chest all the way to the ground for the transitions? Or maybe my transitions are just so weak, can't seem to keep my body up using my elbows/forearms.

1. Undercook it if you’re not confident rolling out if you overshoot. Or do a wall assisted hold 2. Yes lock elbows 3. Yes chest should be close to floor before transition, should be easier as you get stronger

Yes do elevated pike if struggling with the hops. You could also add wall handstand before moving onto hops.

Stick with handstand hold for now and if doing on wall work on reducing amount of pressure leaning on wall. I like taking one leg off & switching them with a bit of hover time in between.
