Received this coffee maker for Christmas this year, 2022. I've been having multiple issues with it and haven't been able to connect it to the wifi. Keurigs help number was no help at all and the wifi people would not return my call. Their help center is in a foreign country and there is a communication gap. I tried to use it this morning and was unable to even brew a morning cup of coffee. I'll be boxing it up and exchanging it at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Hopefully the next machine will work better. I'll update this once I've got the new machine home.

I like it so far. I’ve had it one week. Brew ID makes me pick my size even after it recognizes the pod. I found as a work around if I hit the ice setting then hit the ID setting (the coffe cup button) again it will then automatically brew without me having to pick my cup size. I’ve heard from others that you shouldn’t have to pick the size. Hopefully it will have an update to address this minor issue. Love the lattes and cappuccinos so far! Oh and love love love the beautiful dog! ❤️

Thanks for watching!! the early smart brewers last year before they were updated would select the size automatcally, they took that away when they updated them so I don't know if they will bring that back.

Can’t wait to see honest video on how to fix “this” machine following a descaling cycle and it won’t turn on again. I had the K-Supreme Plus and had to return it to Costco because I had done the step-by-step tutorial that you also did (dismantling,resetting the thermostat & putting back together ) and it still didn’t work. Thankfully, I still had an older model at home. The guy at Costco told me that it was the second return that day on these Keurig machines. The more time goes, the more electronics Keurig puts into them and instead on improving, they make them more complex. Taste of the coffee remains the same. Hey Keurig, here are a couple of suggestions: If it ain’t broke…and K.I.S.S. (Shout out to Costco’s fantastic return policy).

Are K-Cups with a QR code required?

no only if you want the brew ID to work if the k cup does not have the qr code it will do just a normal brew and you can still adjust the tmp and strength.

I have a new one these coffe makers butcan not get it to brew.I can never get it to but I can never get brew. the BREW logo Will notgo away. I do have the app on my phone and it is connected to the internet. It will not allow me to set any of the settings, I have wasted so many pods trying to get it to work. Any suggestions?

This looks much less convenient than the K-Cafe. I saw you had trouble getting your hand to the bottom of the water. The frother seems much more difficult to wash well since you have to be careful not to get it wet. Thanks for the review. It’s between this and the K-Cafe for me.
