Tom, I really like how you have a detailed task and breakdown. Does your book have a schedule sample with the breakdown? If yes, I will buy it right now. If not, can you please send me a schedule for a large commercial 3-store building? I will pay for it. Because it will help me to have a guideline. Thanks again

Hi, I don’t have one I can share specifically for a 3 storey building. I definitely go theough Wbs in my book. Also check my playlists as ive done MS Project and lectures on wbs

Tom, could you please share your method for creating S Curves in MS Project directly?
@TomStephensontraining

i will try in future to do a video on that. specifically what do you want the S curve to display? work hours, cash flow ....

@@TomStephensontraining I too had a tough time for this s-curve. Is it possible to make a s-curve for "baseline cumulative % complete" vs. "actual cumulative % complete"? this is to show planned % progress vs actual % progress in a line chart.

Hi Tom. After you have inserted a change order, it appears without baseline. If the change order is accepted by client, should I set a new baseline and how? In general, when I update a schedule and for example insert a new task, or when I set a recovery by inserting a new task, should I set a new baseline and how? Thanks.

Hi Angelo, You can do it without setting a new baseline but little complicated to explain here. Ill try to do a video coming up that better explains that. In simple terms try set base line interim plan, selecting start finish into selected tasks (make sure you select the new tasks. Good question

@@TomStephensontraining Hi Tom. Thank you for your answer. I'll look at interim plans. Looking forward to your video.

Tom as you said i always consider open ends to review schedule. My question is if there is Start to Start relation between 2 activities even in that case do you recommend the link these open ends to next other activities?

Yes because if the first activity takes a lot longer to finish than planned i want to see what else it delays
