Dear Tom are there some tricks to avoid the constraints? for example if I need to change duration before I update schedule and I want to change dates for some reasons. is it possible avoid a constraint?

Hard to say without more information but you can change duration add lead or lags to land on desired date without a constraint. You can also split tasks if it makes sense eg someone was there and they did not show for a few days.

Hi Tom, is there an alternative way to move a task without putting the “start no earlier” constraint?

Hi Annie you could put a lag or negative lag on the task to position to where tou want it to start. Double click the link line between the tasks and the box should appear. Alternative double click the activity to bring up the task info box
