Hand Dog wouldn't kill you because dogs are loyal. It MAY kill other people, but then again all dogs are already capable of murdering with their teeth alone and usually don't if they are trained well. Giving them hands I don't think would increase the likelihood of an incident. At worse, I could see Hand Dog stealing food from the fridge.

If face cat can understand human and speak it, I will take time to teach it how to take human baths and use the toilet. There are products to help cats and rabbit use the human toilet without falling in. Hand dog isn't great because what if it touches you with their calloused, dirty human hands. Depending on the size it might stand on you when you're lying down. I don't want to feel human hands on me. Also if it still has the back legs of a normal dog it won't be able to walk around on two legs.

Hand dog because he will still have a dog brain and with hands he can become a useful ally. Face cat might have a face but its still a cat and cats are the worst. Their only redeeming quality is being cute and with a human face you've deprived it off its only asset.
