Listening to this I I can’t believe at one time when I was a teenager I could do 20 pull ups, and I used to be able to do an iron cross, and I am a woman. Yes at one time I could do 20 pull ups I could also do 10 one arm pull ups. It was not easy to learn how to do this. It took shoveled years to get that strong. I remember when I was in high school and they were guys on the basketball football and baseball teams used to tell me that I was weak. I don’t ask him how many pull ups can you do one guy said oh I can do 12 and I said how many with one arm? And I be seated to show them how I could do 20 pull ups, and and 10 with one arm. I proved that pound for pound I was stronger than they were. And I was a 95 pound gymnast. I used to do one arm push-ups, handstand push-ups, including handstand push-ups with one arm that was the hard part.
