It's a curse. When alone your tone is one thing. Which I change maybe every week depending how I feel. Some days it sounds good. Other days it sounds like absolute shit. In a band you have your tone then you also have to adjust for the overall sound of everyone else. A whole nother game of tedious crap. The worst part is the fact it's all entirely personal and only you know what you're looking for even when the singer wonders why the fuck you keep messing with your shit that sounds fine to him.

@@TheLemonKiller Yep, it's always evolving. As a guitarist it's hard to be inspired if you don't like your tone. It's like food, you eat the same thing everyday and eventually you get sick of it, need to change it up to keep it fresh, but also keep in mind what you want and what you like, lol.

@@carlosmatos9848 Yea for sure. I mean, don't get me wrong. I love trying new tones and sounds. But it's like, having a really nice lead tone for solos. But the regular tone is shit. However, you don't want the delay and/or reverb in your standard tone especially because of tonal bleedover or whatever. But between tone and volume it changes everything especially given the fact you're not so much playing the guitar itself being as how it's just a tool. You're actually playing with the Amp and dynamics from the sound you've created.
