Hey Bailey! Thanks for your workouts. I only recently discovered you, and at first, I thought people in the comments were exaggerating about your booty workout, but wow, it really packs a punch! :D Now, I have a question or rather a concern: I’m doing your booty lift and shape workout, but I’m worried that it might make my butt bigger. I already have a big butt which I hated all my life and always covered.. it doesn’t have a nice shape it’s more square-shaped, and I have cellulite. I just want to make it rounder, but like I said, I’m afraid your workout will make it bigger. Do you think I should keep going? And does anyone else have experience ?

I have a question: can you actually grow your booty at home w these workouts or you have to lift weights? Cuz all I’ve done its just toned the glutes but not much pop out if you know what I mean

i do the same thing. the butt lifting work outs definitely making a difference for lifting but i guess it’s more about weights bc i don’t have a pop either this is more for strength and and toning

To answer your question, yes, I got my glutes entirely from Pilates. I eat lots of peanut butter (was coincidentally obsessed with it) and lots of meat. Just be consistent. I did it every day at some point (like two or three exercise vids per session), and even twice every day saw massive gains. Now, I do it every two days because I am now weightlifting alongside it. You’re in the right place. Binge Bailey for two months at least with enough protein. You’ll see your glutes pop. I’ve been getting compliments from my family anddd I can’t stop staring at it every time I pass the mirror😂 don’t let anyone tell you it doesn’t work

@@Gadaliel i use ankle weights as well for any leg or butt work out. i feel the strength of course and definitely don’t feel so flabby. i do my legs/butt 3x a week
