This is a very nice, perhaps even gentle, vinyasa flow. It contains a workout element but it is not intense at all. It has a nice start to get you warmed up and the good thing is that some stretches last longer than a few seconds which allows you to better explore your sensations. It is also a nice morning yoga flow. Highly recommended!

It was nice flow for hamstrings, inner thigh and upper body.especially, I was hard to 10 push up. I could not doing it right posture. I think, i need more practice for my arms. Thanks♥

I chose them at start because they were longer but they seem like they're the best quality too. I had one question though: why are there some"weight loss" yoga videos. How come this one for insance helps you burn fat more than an other one? Thank you !!

Louise Lemaire hi, thank you for being part of this channel. As for the weight loss - some practices are just less intense than others. For somebody who is a beginner they all may seem intense. Some target certain areas - hips, chest & back opening. But overall extra pushups, longer holds in standing poses, pulses, lots of vinyasas add extra calorie burn. Twists activate digestive tract and help to detox. After some practices you feel relaxed and sleepy , after some energized & feel full body activation. Depends what kind of asanas are included, the pace. For me its easier to name them all "full body vinyasa"))) because most of my practices target full body and i like a strong practice and like to add an extra challenge) but for optimizing purposes i have to come up with different titles for the videos . Like your pace of teaching, not too fast yet still able to challenge the body and sweat out, m doing this during my pregnancy stage, only thing is with the twisting posture, understand you r a season practional. Mighy wan to give pregnanat ladies instruction for open twist rather than those posture that would compress the belly.. Still i like your videos though! 😉

Hi , i didnt mark it prenatal yoga. Modify as needed. I have a lot of flows that i made while pregnant, but they are not marked prenatal. As it was not my intention. Yes, focus on not compressing the belly in any pose. Be safe!!! 💕🙏❤️

I understand, that is the same case if people with injury will do it or specific health problems and expect me to give instructions for them to. I just cant accommodate too many instructions as they regular practitioners complain i give too many already , otherwise i would be talking and talking 😅 it’s hard to satisfy everybody. Yes it’s ok to do anything if you take charge for what you do , know your body and educated yourself. Most of my classes wouldnt be accessible to all pregnant ladies even if i gave instructions . It depends on previous experience. Thats why i didnt title them prenatal, as they are not ( in a sense - not for all ). But doable if you have experience. It was two years ago so anyways there is nothing i can do to change the instructions in the videos. Let me know if you have any questions about some poses. 🙏✨
