I've created this workout because I've received lots of feedbacks from you guys requesting an upper body workout without weights. So here you go! Your good old towel can be just as effective as working with dumbbells, resistance band or machines.
Workouts:
1) Shoulder Front Full Raise
2) Lat Pull Down
3) Sliding Push-ups
4) Triceps Pull
5) Bicep Curls
Structure: 50 secs Workout, 10 secs rest - a total of 5 intervals (repeat 3 sets). Rest between 30 - 60 secs between sets.
Total Workout Time: 16 - 17 mins (3 sets)
Important Tip: For an effective workout, be sure to keep your towel straight and tense throughout the workout. Pull the towel harder for more resistance.

Just finished a 40 min cardio workout........feeling amazing!!! Couldn't keep from sneeking at weighing machine.....felt disgusting seeing the number gone up at little.....but its ok I know it because of the muscle mass I'm gaining by doing strength training so no problem :) Thanks for being a part of this journey!!!! wohoooooooooo.....

Hey Joahnna... quick question I am already a little underweight. Skinny but not toned. I am working towards toning my body without losing weight. So my question is>> will this workout make me lose weight? My arms and back feels great after this but I also don't want to lose what I have.. Thank you

hey joanna!!, I just started your workouts. this makes day 4 for me.. I would have been a week but got sick four of the days. but I can see a difference in my energy and everything. but I am to concerned about intake and calorie consumption for myself.. any helpful tips I'd appreciate.. trying to get back to myself before I had 3 kids back to back..

hi joanna i am 14 and i had a low carb diet few weeks before.i did slim down but then i found out that is not a healthy way for weight loss. how can i stop it without gaining weight ??

Speaking of floor, when you were doing the push ups I couldn't help noticing your pristine clean floor that you can eat off of. You probably don't walk around with shoes in your house.
