Joanna really puts effort in every workout.I like the fact that she’s sweating with you,no make up not trying to impress just trying to motivate you in order to finish your workout.I really really appreciate her

😅😅 I have no idea how some people can still look good with perfect makeup on after a workout, unless it's not filmed "as live" but edited with breaks in between. It's fun to do the workout with you guys, because that I really know how it feels and can guide and motivate you through. 😎

I TOTALLY underestimated this workout! I thought “no jumping” oh this will be easy! Let’s go! Boy was I mistaken! No regrets though. I burnt 264 calories!

Excellent. I'm 74, but have been aerobics for over 40 years. My balance and flexibility are getting bad, after an illness. This was great.This daily workout, or at least 4x a week, should get me back in a better shape. No more falling! Amen. Thank you

Joanna I cannot thank you enough. I started to gain weight during the lockdown last year. I came to the point were I couldn't fit into my wedding dress. I am not one who enjoys workouts but your channel has been perfect for me. At first I started losing weight but as time went on I stopped losing weight. You said in another video to measure your waist instead, so I did. In the last 6 weeks I have lost 3 cm around my waist and I am seeing some definition around my abs. I cannot thank you enough for your amazing videos for people like me who does not like high impact ones. I am soo happy with the progress I've made and I will keep doing more of your videos! You have made such a difference for me and I am so grateful for out channel!!

My heart rate got up to 179 and I burned 245 calories, I really underestimated this workout! But nonetheless it was fun! Thank you joanna 😊❤️❤️! (Also al salamo aliekum to all my Muslim brothers and sisters that are doing this in Ramadan) you can do it!

This has become my go-to workout while I’m fasting. Easily gets me 200 calories and I love how both the warm-up and cool-down are included. Definitely worth it!

I've been doing this workout after my suhoor and iftar. The best part is I am not tiring at all, in fact it makes me feel energetic and sweat like I'm showering. You're really the greatest Joanna. Really enjoy it! Let's kill the fat and laziness 💪💪💪

I loved most of your videos and it really helps me losing weight from 97kgs down to 80kgs. This new video is my favourite too because it targeted the waistline without dumbbell and matt but I really sweat a lot!. Thank you.

Joanna helped me sooo much in loosing weight.. I was lazy to go outside or to the gym. And I learned to train at home and it was amazing. I have never loose so much weight in my entire life. She helped me to accelerate my metabolism by walking at home. I've lost a lot then school began and I stopped doing but I still lost weight even it was not fast. Quarantine worked and I've lost 8,5 kg !! 81,8 ( june 2020 to 73,1kg in February 2021). I know that if I wouldn't stop I would have better results !!

Thank you Joanna! I started my commitment to exercising atleast 30 mins a day or min. of 240 mins per week. At first it seems nothing's happening, but just this month, I have felt a lot of changes in my body--less allergic rhinitis and colds; less mood swing; more focus while at work; and clearer facial skin. My friends also noticed the loss of weight. There are times I wanted to stop and give up but then I always remember that healthy body and mind takes discipline.

Finished this workout today! Wow I am drenched 😅 tough but super effective workout! My heart rate avg was 138bpm, reaching 155+ (threshold for me)...and I burned 267 cal! I've tried to complete this video a few times, but today I finally finished it!!! Joanna, your low impact overweight video was a staple for me as I lost 60lbs. Now I've graduated to this one!! So thank you for your channel and for your endlessly positive spirit ❤

I did this workout everyday when I just started my fitness journey. I remember struggling so much, but the feeling after it was just always freaking amazing. I love her energy, how she makes you keep going and have fun. Absolutely amazing how I feel the burn consistently throughout Joanna’s workouts. Plus, I’m always reassured there will be no pulled muscles or strains afterwards. A wonderful technique that has helped me to tone my body and loose weight, with only three sessions a week in addition to walking my dogs... Thank you very much for this workout- from India. I lost 6 kgs of weight in 3 months. I avoided junck food and was on complete indian cuisine like upma, dosa, idli, dal, rice, vegetable, chicken and mutton, chapati and vegitable salads as sides. This has been done after my day 6 of the 8 week challenge (I went out for a very long and hilly walk yesterday so didn't do day 6). Oh man! My legs are like jello and I'm pouring with sweat. Thanks Johanna! Bring on tomorrow

Hi I find this work out and decided to try and I honestly loved it !!! At almost 60 I did Taekwondo for 16 years , I did Zumba for 4 years ,I was a Strong by Zumba Instructor for 10 months and after i stopped for injury, being trying to work out at home dancing !! I am glad i find you !! I love your work out i cant wait for my second one tomorrow 💪💪💪👏👏👏

I didn’t survive this work out this morning. Gaaaaah! Was only able to do the first circuit. Gotta do better tomorrow. But i love this and all your work outs. Since I discovered you several months back, I’m always happy everytime you post a new indoor work out routine. Thank you Joanna for being our fitness inspiration! You are a wonderful person!

hey there, I had super weird dislocating knees and found chiropractic to stop it! it was amazing, just an FYI in case it might help your mum. (just speaking from my experience )

I'm 69 now starting an exercise routine. This is after day's work. I have to admit it was hard. I wasn't as energetic as she was, but I did the course. I like her workouts.

You are the only person who motivates me to workout everyday even if its for atleast 15 mins..The way u talks and motivates throughout the entire workout is just amazing..Love from India🇮🇳 😍😘 Also can you make a workout which focuses on weight loss for people suffering from PCOD..It takes me very long to lose weight and I know many women in same situation as me😅.So it would be very helpful..

Thank you Joanna! This was one of the most fun workouts I've ever done. While it looks so easy at first it was so intense but I still did both rounds. I normally lose interest in a second round if it's the same exercises again but here I felt really motivated to go on. Great video really. Thanks for being here for us little chunks :)
