When you begin workout by day 1 its common that you couldn't do it for more than 5 min, but don't stop there take your time and be consistent..it takes 1-2 weeks for body to get into this routine..just trust your body, don't push too much..because Joanna also do really hard work for years to reach here..so just do it every day regularly, and one day you will do full 30 min workout without break..its my experience 😊👍👍

Joanna Soh cares about the people who watch her video. She always talks about maintaining proper posture and breathing techniques. Choles' work out is effective but if you are an amateur and start following her, you might end up getting hurt. I have tried both their workouts. Based on personal experience, Joanna is the best. Her intention is to actually help you become healthier and it shows on her videos.

Thanks so much for your videos! Feels soooo happy doing this workout. I had an endomorph type of body and I'm 20kg's overweight and I'm hardly lose a pound. They say the best way to lose weight, getting fit & strong is by focusing on strength training and tell you what Joanna, this workout got me sweating a river, yes I'm tired after but not exhausted or getting dizzy like when I did the other workout. Plus I'm grateful for you not in involving the full push ups because I haven't being able to do that (I'd challenge myself anyway) THANK YOU SO MUCH! 💗

Amazing effort! Yes, strength training is extremely important, we need to do it at least 2 - 3 times weekly. Continue doing push-ups on your knees, and slowly challenge yourself by doing 1 full push-up. Start with 1, eventually 2 and before you know it, you can complete 10 full push-ups! 💪

I just chose some videos I like (this for full body, MadFit's upper body and Heather Robertson's lower body). If I have motivation I'll do cardio (Pamela Reif), yoga (Yoga With Cassandra) or pilates (Move With Nicole). I hope this helped you. I wish you amazing journey💕

I only did a little bit of the up and down plank as well as the push ups because I’m not so strong upper body but I hope that will change the more I do this. This is the first workout of Joanna's that I tried over two weeks ago. Since then I've done her 8-week home workout plan, and just did this workout again as a part of that. I could not last even 7 minutes when my entire body completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full session! This is my favorite workout so far!!! It’s my 2nd week doing this. And I love it every time I get to finish this workout! 🏋️♀️ So much sweat and strength sure 👍🏻

Hi, I follow Miss Soh from 2018-2019 onwards. Myself PA(personal trainer) . I had ups and downs but always followed her workout routine. I use this workout before going at gym. You can do this at home or at gym, or both. However is not recommended to do both... either you workout at home or at gym.. always have weights with you!! I suddenly realized how out of shape I was so I was kind of dying less than 5 minutes in and kept talking to myself and to 😭 going “no more please wait… slow down… I can’t… I NEED MORE BREAK” 💀. But surprisingly, her casual cheers and instructions actually helped me focus more on what she was saying and helped me forget about worrying how much more time I have to do the workout for 😭. Thank you so much! I could already feel the aches I’m bound to have tomorrow 💀 but other than, I’ll mostly likely be tuning in to your workout videos more now! ❤️🔥

Ill do this tomorrow 😊 I really love her. She’s not boring and she really teach us how to do it properly, others just show us and wont talk we wouldn’t know if what we re doing is correct. And she really sweats!!!! Love love love!!!! 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

I do talk quite a bit in my videos, but I believe that it's important to give tips and cues here and there to make sure that everyone is doing the exercises correctly. 😊
