I so much enjoy the way you explain everything with so much honesty. No music no heavy weights just correct body form. I could pretty much lift heavy but always using momentum to compensate. Today i followed everything with very little weights good heavens i could feel the burn

Dear Erin. I'm a Scandinavian Viking man whose 42 years of age (Hate to say that. Look 8-10 years younger) I trained since I was 13/14 years old, starting with Shaolin/Fitness-regular strength training crossover to hardcore Bodybuilding in my 20s, reckless powerlifting in my 30s, grip and arm wrestling in my 40s plus regular training to keep fit. I even worked as a Personal trainer earlier in my life, despite my sometimes worn-out creativity at this point in life? you still manage to inspire me. It's impossible for me NOT to be inspired by you so often. It's amazing. I never said this to women doing work-out videos on YT before. But you have real wisdom in you. It's so nice to know that when I`m doubting my own progress and whatnot, I stumble unto a video with you from whenever it's recorded and find something I haven't quite tried or done in that exact way myself. I am not ashamed to say that. I really love your videos. You seem to have a really good personality also:) Like a shining star in the haze of this drowning humanity. You know really what you are talking about. It fits you also this new career approach BTW. Greetings from Denmark/Copenhagen. Mikkel.

Funny i just come across this video. I did something at the 7:45 mark for the first time yesterday. Well sort of. I did more of a side lat raise. I may have tried these 10 years ago,but forget..Im going to have an issue using a higher weight as the bench was wanting to slide while getting into position. Maybe cause im on a hard floor vs mat or carpet.. BUT i liked how they felt otherwise. Good video and thanks..

great video, so jealous you're allowed in gyms. in Scotland we're still full lockdown with minimal easing starting 5th April. gym probably mid May. Can you suggest exercises for doing at home when you're using the machines so that we can still benefit from the exercise work outs? I love how you explain what the form should be, it really helps me focus more on mine.

As a man, I have always maintained a strong overhead military press. However, my rear delts are not developed very much. I tried the first two rear delt exercises and they about kicked my butt. I was surprised how light weight I had to use as a way to properly use correct technique and form. No more jokes about women’s workouts from me 🙏🏽
