I do this video twice throughout at least twice a week for an upper body workout after my cardio workout! I love using resistance bands instead of dumbbells!!

I'm recovering from bronchitis and feeling pretty weak and tired. Actually lifting dumbbells seems soooo hard right now! But I remembered really liking this workout, and somehow the bands seem less intimidating. This was just right. I feel like I got some good upper body work without overtaking myself. Thank you!

Ohhh Noodle Arms. Don's underestimate the power of the mini band. This was a powerful arms workout. I am going to be feeling my arms tomorrow. If this doesn't get your upper body in shape, I don't know what will! WOW!

Oh and I forgot to say- I’ve done this video about a total of 4-5 days out of two weeks now- and when I started I could barely do the rotator cuff exercise with the lightest band so I was going back and forth between band and no band, but I kept working at it and now I can! I was so excited!!

Love this kind of band workouts pls do a seated lower body band workout too.

Best resistance band arm workout I've found so far -- covers all the upper body (including the all-important upper back), can be done once or repeated for a harder/longer workout, allows you to work where you are in terms of strength. This one didn't hurt my joints or ligaments/tendons AT ALL, whereas many of the other resistance band arm workouts do. And these are easy to follow and do, compared to others where it might take 10-15 seconds just to figure out the right positioning and grip on the bands. THANK YOU for this one! It will be part of my regular routine!

Wow Caroline! This was incredible! The push-ups needs some work as you said. Practice makes perfect! Those mini loop bands are awesome 👏. Going to look at the brand you had recommended. Mine are a little flimsy. Another great video. Thank you 🙏🏻

Hello, great videos from your channel! Thank you! Can this exercises be done every day, or is it better just 3 - 4 times a week? Can this exercises be combined with 45min indoor walking for example?
