You guys are so encouraging. Yesterday I had a bad day so came home from work with a burger and a shake but now I feel good to just keep trying and not be discouraged. You do great work!

Also I am starting the bikini series after my finals (the 21st) hopefully I'm not too behind! :)

Thanks for this video. I have been following you two for a year or so. I've done some workouts and tried to eat healthier but tend to lose track of it. It had always been easy for me to stay fit and in shape but i just turned 30 and things are changing. I'm so focused on eating healthy and working out daily now.

Thanks to your nutrition plan @toneitup I was able to reverse the damage of the Keto diet on my reproductive hormones!! Now I can safely prepare for a healthy pregnancy 🤰. Good morning. listening while I adult color, did my workout this morn.,yummy breakfast, muffin, yummy. I'm having my applejuice/vinegar shot, fruit smoothie: grapes,spinach, blueberries,peaches,water,flaxseed, snack 2 boiled eggs,lunch:shred wheat cereal,banana,almond milk. Made c. of peppermint tea w/100% honey. going to listen to Meditation too,love it. Namaste.

I think this is my first post ever on a TIU video (even though I've been following them for years) I just wanted to say that I'm so much like Katrina, I love my sweets and I do save room for dessert!! I just have trouble staying on the right path and being disciplined :( I can do it for a couple months, feel great and everything only to stop and gain the weight back :( I'm on a roller coaster, and I'm 24 and I'm still trying to make better choices. I live in Canada and we don't have a Trader Joes (I wish though) So I go to other health food stores. But you girls are such inspirations!!! :)

People typically get enough calcium from veggies, nuts, legumes, fish, and even fruit! It is the cofactors that allow the body to use the calcium that are typically missing in people’s diets. Things like other minerals, vitamin D, essential fatty acids, etc. getting enough calcium on a dairy free diet is easy :) Getting your body to use it properly is the tricky part. A holistic nutritionist or Naturopath can help out tons!
