there are reverse screw extractor tools for stuck or broken screws. you get them for like 5$

Did that on 1 of the screws, but made it worse. Best was to make a slot with the Dremel tool, so I could use a big flat screw driver. That way I got 2 others out. Once the cap was off, I tried to get the last bold out with grip tool. But then the bold broke completely flat on the housing. I can't think of any way to get that last bold out with an RVS bold in a soft aluminium housing... Anyway the bearing on the torque sensor is totaly worn out anyway. The TSDZ2 was not the best version(I have 2 of them) The TSDZ2b are much better.

Useful thanks. I've just taken mine apart and was wondering how to get the connectors through the small hole in the motor casing. Looks like you managed to push them through one at a time so i'm going to try again now. My bike has a fault where it runs on full assistance all the time even when you select no power on the screen. All the connectors seem ok but it was quite wet in around the controller so i'm going to take a gamble and replace it.

The controller is almost the only thing that can go wrong electrically, it's worth a shot!

The problem with my bike wasn't the controller after all. It was the LCD screen. Changed that for a new one and it fixed the problem of the motor running at the top assistance level all the time.

I recently started having problems with my super 73 rx hub motor and dont have a warranty anymore and cant seem to get an answer from super 73. Is there a hub motor i can buy that will just plug and play? Id like to use the same tire and spokes just need to know wich motor to buy. All help is much appreciated
