That's just the way it goes---some years you have a cluster of really good musicals and it sucks because only one can win. And then other years the picking's are kind of slim. But I hope this trend of recycling things from other mediums runs its course soon, because while attendance may be up, quality is definitely down.

I mean Broadway has been taking movies and tv shows and turning them into musicals for years now. Legally Blonde, Hedwig and The Angry Inch, Billy Elliot, Sister Act - a lot of these were even winners for Best Musical!

Do not talk to me about the 72nd Tony Awards. Despite Josh and Sara,It was horrible. A Band's Visit was probably great,but not 11 Tonies great. Andy was there,but he couldn't cheer me up. Mean Girls, Spongebob, Frozen, Carousel, ALL ROBBED! Once was amazing but only one award. I wish Mean Girls won though. But Andrew Lloyd Webber deserved his award for sure. Seasons of love was amazing. Please don't take these unfortunate shows off Broadway. Thanks.

He signed and as the guys were walking away, one of them ask the other "Who is he?" and the other said "James Blunt!" I can't see the similarity either.
