Today marks a milestone in frozen dairy history, as Stephen Colbert's signature flavor of Ben & Jerry's ice cream celebrates 15 delicious years of fudge-covered waffle cone and caramel swirl goodness. Friends of the show Josh Groban and Sara Bareilles were so moved by the anniversary, they wrote this song about everything that happened in the last 15 years. When we can, I love having a pint of Americone Dream in the freezer. I make sure it's turned just right so when I open the freezer door, Stephen Colbert's goofy smile is waiting. Can't tell you how many times that visage has brighten my day and helped turn my mood around. Oh, and it's the best flavored/textured ice cream ever, too❣😍❣
