I practiced Martial arts for years I know quite a bit Bjj Muay Thai judo techniques all good stuff. I never trained the first seconds. Never learned about the flinch response or how to use it. Thanks Tony

Yup. His stuff blends very well with wing chun. The spear hands framing is a lot like chum kiu fook sau or the laan sau.

I love that phrase: be your own body guard. People really need to take self defense and self protection more seriously. We live in a very violent and fucked up society and unfortunately it is only going to get a lot fucking worse because the justice system in this country is totally fucking weak and worthless. It protects the fucking scumbag piece of shit criminals not the innocent law abiding citizens.
