Great commentary by Somerfield, aware of the two players' different levels and adjusted comments accordingly.

Roy looks very happy to meet and play against Tony. :)

In addition to all of the great action, I love seeing great sportsmanship like this. Class acts both of these guys. Many thanks to RailbirdsTV and Somerfield.

Tony spots Roy's ball? Never seen that before. So after the next ball in Tony's pocket, he puts the ball in Roy's tray?

This is an open tourney, and this is what it looks like when an amateur goes against a pro

I replayed that foul shot like 10 times where he hit the cue call twice trying to figure out how he got that action on it all while not noticing the double hit. They playing the next 5 seconds after realizing it was a double hit LOL. They way it took off had me fooled. I was thinking I need that shot.

7:10 Tony owes one... and his opponent makes one... and Tony spots it and moves the coin back to the middle. WTF?

it was brought up in the video. q ball double hit his qstick

This happened before the double hit. Looks like he made a mistake and spotted the ball his opponent made and gave himself credit for it and the guy let him do it!

That explains why I lost track of the ball count in game 1.

Tony stole a ball lol

It’s rare after all the pool I’ve watched to see something new. Can someone confirm that Roy licked that 8 ball while he was racking the first rack? 😂 that’s a first.

Wow I didn't even notice that while recording this. Sure looked to me like he licked it! 😬

i can promise you tony knew he didnt have a ball when he spotted that ball at 7:00. He is a high caliber one pocket player and the game just started, he didnt lose count. That was stealing

Before I even get going into this, thirty-one minutes tells me one of these cats is gonna dog it. I predict it's Roy who's gonna lose. No spoiler because 6 minutes in.

i dont think anyone that knows anything would suggest some dude named roy gunther was going to beat tony in 30 minutes

yEAH, but it's one pocket. Would totally change the game.

Maybe make that comment on another video?? This is one match which definitely did _not_ need a shot clock. :)

yeah difficult to watch, he had no business playing in the one pkt tourney

@@derrickallen2054 This was the only time when watching one of these vids that I thought "yeah, I could beat that guy."

He got to play Tony C.! Having a chance for that is one of the main reasons that I _would_ play in this tournament. :)
