OMG! This was my song in 8th grade 1988. There was this boy named Robert that called me baby doll and every time he said it I thought of this song. Great childhood memories!!

Man these were the days!! I had the same kind of hairstyle that these dudes had! You see, in '88, Jheri Curls were on their way to being out of style so most guys (including me) tried to hang on to it for a little bit longer. We cut all of our hair off except the hair on top. That way you still had curly hair on top :-) I miss those days sometimes. Young and carefree!!

This has been my favorite song since I was 8, and am now 31. Music today just isnt what it used to be. My taste doesnt change with the times or the fads. If its good music, I love it. I grew up with this album so it holds a special place within me. Talent doesnt grow old. These were(are)genuine artists, who took the work serious. Unlike some nowadays.
