Thank you for uploading this, every time I see a video of Tony Rice, it feels like I’m watching a family member I never got to meet, so familiar, but definitely a stranger. Rest In Peace Mr. Rice! Thank you for helping to guide me on my musical journey.

David McLaughlin is one musical cat! So many greats in this video. Ernie Sykes, Tony Rice, Bill Keith, Wyatt Rice! Buncha kings jamming in a hotel room! Love it!

I don't even remember how it started, but I made a capo for Bill Keith and he called me several time to tell me how much he liked it. That looks like it. Nice guy and an insanely good musician. Wow!

I was wondering my self? They did Crazy Creek, which is off Bill Keith's Something Auld record, which came out in 1976. Gaudreau did New Camptown Races, which was off his 1978 record The Gaudreau Mandolin Album. Combine that with how they look and I'm going to say, just for yuks, late 1979 early 1980.

@ oh it looks more like early 2000s to me. But what do I know
@josephanderson723710 күн бұрын
@@bossglebe7613Looks like the ‘90s early. That’s what Bill K looked like back then.

Bass player has Mullet. So it fits then.
@bossglebe761310 күн бұрын
@@josephanderson7237 Yeah but Gaudreau looks pretty young and he's 78 now. Perhaps Mr. Morton will clue us in.
