Hi Tony, thanks for the amazing videos! I also have the fear to get hurt, it really bugs me because it affects me in sparring as well mentally in real life. I can't find the courage to spar anymore, also partially to my anxiety, whilst my coach said he really wants to see me more often, because he believes im a knock-out fighter.

I want to ask one thing that in second drill can we do dodge or movement instead of defending the punch..? And sir I want to ask that I am getting my eyes close during sparring and I want some exercise for that (I have seen your video on the respected topic ).... Thank you sir 🙏🙏 Eagerly waiting for your answer..

true, it's a lot less painful or scary than people think. not a lot of nerves there, but if you do get hit hard enough for it to have hurt, you just get knocked silly and can't feel it as well anyway. i don't *like* getting hit in the face, but it's definitely not the least pleasant place i've been hit lol

Exactly why every time you see a MMA, karate or whatever and general tough guys fight boxers in a boxing ring they always lose! Because boxers learn and practice punching, rolling, sliding and countering. Boxing is as strategic as it is trying to knock someone out in 2 minutes. Boxers wear them out with jabs, rolling, defending and footwork. Then the other guys who are always trying to knock you out in 2 minutes and then they're wore out by the 3rd round and then it's time to pounce, go in and slash, open them up and good night!
