I just have to say, I appreciate your work so much, Tony. It's absolutely insane that in this day, we can watch how-to box videos from an Olympic fighter. My father was the junior olympic gold medalist in my state and it's crazy how much cross over there is between what he taught me and how you teach. Even down to the mannerisms and the way y'all explain things. Im so happy that anyone can learn the greatest workouts for general fitness and how to defend themselves for free, just as I did from my father. Even though I've been training since I was a toddler, I still learn new things from your videos and once again, I cant say enough about how valuable this information is. Amazing channel, Tony.

Love ya videos Tony! That cross to lead hook to body is a nice move, I liked to follow with the lead hook to the head, you come back up and out to generate good power on it. I always called it the straight right and left hook but I guess the naming you used makes it apply to orthodox and south paw.
