How to Throw a Knockout Punch in Boxing | KO PUNCH

Train how to throw a one punch knockout in boxing. KO punch is something you should learn not just in boxing but also for emergency cases in street fights where you may need to defend yourself. If you want to know how to knock someone out in a boxing fight then you should know where to land and how to set up this shot.
I DON’T RECOMMEND FIGHTING OUTSIDE, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS.

Brilliant video. I have trained and used open hand, and in a street fight it would be my preference due to there being less chance of damaging my hand. Conversely I love boxing combos on mitts, heavy bag, light sparring. It is a mental exercise as well as a physical one. Your content is brilliant.

What I saw in the fight replay, which I thought was key, was that the stiff jab was landed on the opponent's nose/forehead where it wasn't well-protected by his gloves. Not a knockout target, but delivered hard enough to knock his head back and allow the overhand ko to follow.

Telling you right now!!! Your combo on a previous video on pulling that had then uppercut has worked so well. I've gotten to the point in light sparing people don't wanna guard up anymore they just push my face with their glove and change angles to reposition. Tho taller fighters are still hard to use that against tho since there jab is soooo good at my gym

I really did love this combination. Very practical and it’s the sort of thing I would use in real life situation. I’m sort of leaning towards techniques for real world fighting down the street and not in the ring so much. I am not a boxer and I’ve never put on gloves but fighting down the street is my main forte and I’m currently interested in that area if you could educate us for a little bit more. I do appreciate the time you’re dedicated in these videos and I love them thank you.

I would add to his disclaimer in this video about not recommending street fighting and to try to avoid it at all costs. The common saying of "everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face" is very much true, and even if you do happen to win or deliver a knockout punch, you're looking at assault charges most likely. I experienced this firsthand on NYE when a friend attacked me in a drunken rage, and rather than throw punches, I went for a headlock to restrain him. He got a few punches in due to the fact that I was sitting and couldn't get a good angle on the headlock, but he was the one arrested for assault, and I avoided injuring a friend due to him making a poor decision while intoxicated. Point being: know when it's self defense and when it's absolutely necessary.

At normal speed, it's all a blur. What I see is the the fine art of the feint (not too much or the opponent doesn't buy it. not too little or he doesn't even see it, it has to be just right to get his timing off). It really is a science. Your hand speed is amazing. Is there a video that helps in getting hand speed?
